What do I need to bring in order to do my taxes?
You need to bring all papers you have received in the mail that say “important tax documents.” This includes W-2s, 1099s, Social Security Statement, and brokerage statements. If you are a first time client we need a copy of your prior year's returns.
I got an extension on my taxes. When is the deadline?
The deadline for an extension is October 16, 2023. In order to get your taxes processed by that time, we will need all information turned in to us a month before the deadline.
Are charitable contributions tax deductible?
Yes, charitable contributions are tax deductible. The Consolidated Appropriation Act of 2021 permits a deduction of up to $600 on your tax return for couples filing jointly as an above-the-line deduction.
What services do you offer for local businesses?
We offer payroll services, sales tax filing, monthly or quarterly bookkeeping for local businesses.
